Long-Distance Travel Fee
Our travel fee is based on the shortest distance from Parliament Hill to the property, as calculated on Google Maps. This fee applies to locations outside the Ottawa municipality and is charged as follows:
- 0 – 30 km: No charge
- 30 – 50 km: $30 flat fee
- 50+ km: Distance in km = Fee in $ (e.g., 55.7 km = $56)
This is a one-time fee covering both trips.
