☑️ Cleaning & Staging: Ensure the property is fully cleaned and staged before the photographer arrives. Small items may be moved for better composition.
☑️ Lighting: Ensure all lights are on, and replace any burnt-out bulbs. Turn off ceiling fans.
☑️ Windows & Mirrors: Ensure they are free from streaks.
☑️ Personal Items: Remove family photos, personal items, and any objects of questionable legality.
☑️ Pets: Secure or remove pets from the property during the shoot.
Exterior
☑️ Vehicles: Remove cars from driveways and the street in front of the home.
☑️ Trash & Clutter: Hide trashcans, hoses, and any other outdoor equipment. Remove garden tools, seasonal décor, and children’s toys.
☑️ Landscaping: Mow the lawn, clear leaves, and remove any weeds.
☑️ Final Touches: Ensure the garage door is closed and all outdoor furniture is clean and well-arranged.
Living Areas

☑️ Furniture: Arrange pillows and cushions neatly, and remove excess clutter from mantels and hearths.
